Sitting Area

Nestled between the Kitchen and the Den, is a sitting area swathed in velvet dark brown wallpaper. With an oversized 7-foot couch, side chairs, custom Chandeliers, gorgeous hardwood floors and a custom table, It is the perfect sitting area for board games and casual dining. Relaxing is easy, just turn on the fireplace for a few minutes of quiet and read a book while enjoying a bit of “Me Time”. or, turn on the TV  and watch your favorite shows.

Entries to the backyard, pool area, and outside Kitchen BBQ  and smoker allow easy access. 

The perfect informal place to have conversations with people in the Kitchen and just observe the happenings around you.
